About Us

The “Why” and “How” of Liberty Contenders

  • Our representative republic has departed from its Constitutional roots. The party system is fundamentally broken and will not reform itself from within.
  • Parties will continue to endorse candidates who will protect the existing power structure – at the expense of liberty.
  • The reforms that are needed must be initiated and organized outside of existing dysfunctional leadership.
  • We will replace RINO politicians with liberty-minded candidates by helping liberty-minded grassroots groups with organization and communication; We will not rely on party endorsements.
  • The Liberty Contenders platform will be run only BY and FOR the grass roots. To remove conflicts of interest, people with current or recent official connections to political parties, organizations, or apparatuses are not eligible to be admins (content generators / moderators) on the platform.
  • We vet admins such that they will be trusted stewards of our values. Admins who do not demonstrate these values in their editorial judgements will lose their credentials to be admins on the system.

Take some time to read our mission, vision, and values on this page. Then have a look at the exciting platform functions we’re designing to restore governance to We the People.

Mission

Build and maintain a secure, scalable, and resilient platform that makes it easy for citizens to lawfully organize, communicate, and act together to protect and defend their representative republic, and the Constitution of the United States.

Vision

We will become a powerful means of transparency and accountability of politicians to constituents, such that Liberty Contenders becomes one of the primary places citizens turn to:

  1. get reliable, timely information about their representative government
  2. organize effectively to speak to representatives with a common voice on issues pertaining to representative governance.

We will prove the concept, first in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Thereafter we will scale the platform to swing states. Ultimately, we will make the platform available in all 50 states and voting districts.
